Darcee and I took all the dogs and went for a little hike

up in Dahlonega, GA. It was a really nice day to go. Darcee

took a long lunch and we headed out.

Lake Burton 7-5-2009

David Bennett and I worked many many years together at United Stationers before he retired. He moved to Savannah where his daughter, Deborah and family live. They all came up to Lake Burton in Clayton, Ga for a vacation. It was so nice to see him and meet the rest of his family.

I was very impressed with Van who is 5. He is very mannerly! Thank you's and pleases every time. He never had to be asked. He is quite the fisherman. Emily is a cutie! She fished with her Meemee (Jane) Emily style. She had a cute little fishing pole with a purple fish. They would cast the line and Meemee would say, "wait for the fish to bite". Emily would reply, "fish bite" and start reeling in her catch. It was a very nice visit.
